[Resolved] Visual Composer installed, but not shown on Layout Page

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I am trying to use Visual Composer for Layout editing
but don't see the Visual Composer in the Layout editing page
Solution:
There is a misunderstand, you can design the content template of Views plugin with the Visual Composer, then put the content template as a cell into the layout.

If you have already install Layouts plugin into your website, when you click the button "Create template", it will redirect you to a layout, as I mentioned above, you can insert a content template cell, and design the content template with Visual Composer.

I am trying to:
use Visual Composer for Layout editing
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Backend - see screenshot

I use the latest WP, Visual Composer, latest stable Toolset. (Layout 2.03, Types 2.2.16)

I don't see the Visual Composer in the Layout editing page - like in the examples of your website:

Dear Michael,

There is a misunderstand, you can design the content template of Views plugin with the Visual Composer, then put the content template as a cell into the layout.

See the document you mentioned above:

This is very confusing.
If I click on "create Template" in the Dashboard (see template.jpg in german it says "Vorlage erstellen") - I get to the wrong Template maker (no Visual Composer).
If I go down the menu on the left side - create a Template there (its called "Inhalts-Templates" in german - see image download.jpg) and tell it to use it with my posts - it works!
BUT - only if I leave the "Template" section in the Dashboard empty??

What am I missing here?

You are right, that document is based on the those plugins:
-Visual Composer
-Toolset Views
-Toolset Types
There isn't Layouts plugin, but if you have already install Layouts plugin into your website, when you click the button "Create template", it will redirect you to a layout, as I mentioned above, you can insert a content template cell, and design the content template with Visual Composer.
