The site is having an issue and is showing me this error:
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 8 of the file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\wp-views\application\models\shortcode\post\field.php. Error message: Class 'WPV_Shortcode_Base' not found.

Should I reinstall the plugin? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Backup your website database
2) Deactivate/delete Toolset Views plugin, install Toolset Views plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
3) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again
