As far as I can tell, WooCommerce Views offers support for "Simple" and "Variable" Woocommerce products, but not for "Grouped" products. Can anyone verify this?
No mention of "Grouped" products in this article:
https://toolset.com/learn/create-an-ecommerce-wordpress-site/single-product/
For instance, I'm selling a photograph that is available in 3 different sizes (3 different prices). The main product is a "Grouped" product and the different sizes are "Simple" products, each grouped with the main product. If I turn off Views and WooCommerce Views I see the 3 versions listed on the product page, but when I turn on Views this goes away. It seems there are no available shortcodes for "Grouped" products.
Has this functionality not been developed yet?
Dear Ian,
Yes, we have added this support in WooCommerce 2.4. Can you please try our WooCommerce Views beta available here: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
Scroll down and download 2.4-b3. For best results, use the latest version of Woocommerce: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
And also Toolset plugins available here: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
Start by applying WooCommerce Views default single product templates (Views - WooCommerce Views). Then If you have a Content Template assigned to products. And that one of these products is 'grouped' product, it should be able it correctly.
The admin screen for Woocommerce Views 2.4 can now be found in Views -> WooCommerce Views 2.4
Please let me know how it goes. Thanks. 🙂
Cheers,
Emerson
