Views Shortcodes not rendering

This support ticket is created 6 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

All of a sudden, the website is no longer displaying the Content generated by Toolset Types, but just dumps the shortcodes onto the page.

Are your experiencing this issue on any specific page or template?

To troubleshoot, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that all plugins are updated to the latest versions.

2. Temporarily disable all plugins other than Toolset and see if the shortcodes are processed correctly.

3. It would be a good idea to also test the shortcodes, with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen, to rule out any code conflict.

4. In case the issue still persists, please share temporary admin login details in reply to this message. Please also share where the affected shortcodes can be seen.

Important note: Please make a complete backup copy of the website, before sharing the access details.
