Hi,

the problem is with a View, that is not loading a plugin's css and js files on the page. This is the page, where you can see the problem:
hidden link

You can see the left sidebar, where the top "TERMÉKEK" widget is an accordion menu. It should be an accordion, but now, it is just a list of links, as the css and js files are not loading.

Cleaning the View's cache solves the problem for a few minutes, but after a few minutes the same problem comes back.

It is a follow-up ticket of this ticket:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/views-is-not-updating-itself-not-showing-the-correct-post/

The recommendation was, that I can disable the cache for the Views with a parameter. I have set up the parameter and it seems, the widget is displaying without any problem.

So I think this is related to the same bug with the caching mechanism. All these errors are happening just for a few weeks, when you changed something in the Toolset Views plugin.

So it is working now with the added parameter.

Hi Peter

Can I get credentials for this particular site?

I want to see how the page is set up to see if I can try and reproduce the problem, but from the front-end I can't tell what you are using to create the accordion menu.

I will mark your next reply as private so that I can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

I'm using the cached="off" parameter in the wpv-view shortcode and it seems, the problem is resolved now. So it is somehow still related to the new caching mechanism, you are using in Views plugin.

Understood.

I still don't know how this is set up, so I can't try to reproduce to understand how and why it is affected by the updated caching mechanism in Views.

If you want you can provide a copy of the site with the menu issue (hidden link) and share it here so that I can look into it further, or you can go ahead and close here.

I will close this for now. I can not provide a site copy, as this is a Multisite install.
