Hi,

I think the most recent Views update caused the Views on my custom post category pages to stop working. For example:

hidden link

The 2 views on this page that output the Directory Listings cpt(and a map with the locations) for the rooftop listings now outputs "no items found" when there are several items in that category. These category pages are built using Beaver Themer.

Wait, this is odd. When I log out it works, so it appears the issue is only for logged in users. Maybe this is related to this similar issue posted yesterday:

Hi Tim,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

I'll need to see how the view and the Toolset Access plugin is set up on the website, to troubleshoot this in more details.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?
( I've set your next reply as private )

Important note: No changes will be made on your website, but still it is recommended to make a complete backup copy of the website before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Tim,

Thank you for waiting.

I performed some tests on my website with a similar setup, but couldn't reproduce the issue.

Can you please make sure all plugins on the website are up-to-date, especially the Toolset Access with its latest 2.7.1 version and then check the archive page?
( please clear all involved caches after the updates )

In case the issue still persists, I'll need a copy of your website, for further troubleshooting.

Details on how to share the website's copy are available at:
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

Note: Your next reply will be private so that you can share the information, securely.

regards,
Waqar
