I am trying to:
On our property list site, specifically the 'our-properties' page, we have a custom search via Views, that also integrates with Google Maps for a distance search. Everything works fine, the distance search, other filters, etc. and the paging is OK to a point, but it's displaying a weird duplicate search result across pages.
For example, you can leave all the filters as their defaults and then just page through the results on the page. Some properties are displayed across different pages. For example, one property might display at the end of page 4, but also at the start of page 5
The initial search is listing the post type of 'properties' in a descending price order; price also pulling from a custom field.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
Distinct pages of unique, non-duplicated results.
Instead, I got:
Pages with some overlapping properties -- e.g. a property at the end of page 2 is also shown at the start of page 3
Hi Rob,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
I noticed that there are some property posts that have the exact same words in their titles, which is why it seems that they are repeating.
Examples:
Ackworth Road:

yoursite.com/staging/wp-admin/post.php?post=1335&action=edit

Estcourt Road:

yoursite.com/staging/wp-admin/post.php?post=1788&action=edit

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

Waqar
