[Resolved] View within DIVI loses formatting after search

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I'm trying to use the Divi editor to edit a View's loop template, but the formatting I apply in the template is lost after a search is submitted.

Solution: There are some limitations to integration with Divi, and one of those is AJAX Views created with Divi templates. You can try adding suppress_filters="true" to the template shortcode, or disable AJAX for this View.

Hello,

I have created a view using Bootstrap for the output. Although the view works perfectly fine when using the default editor, the formatting gets messy within Divi.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link
(Perform any search or go to page 2)

I expected to see:
hidden link
When not using the Divi builder it works fine.

Instead, I got:
Formatting is lost when performing a search or going to page 2.

Is it just not possible to use bootstrap in Divi?

Thanks for your help.
Stefanie

Hi, there are a few known issues with Divi related to using AJAX View updates: https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-divi-integration/known-issues-between-divi-and-toolset/

In general the most effective solution is to disable AJAX updates on Views that are built using Divi. One other workaround is to add suppress_filters="true" to the loop template shortcode used in this View.
