[Resolved] View stopped working suddenly

I had the view working ok, but when I moved it from one column to another column (Kadence Row Layout) the page stopped working (blank page with default critical error message) and error log is full of this:

Hi there,

I will answer the question before this ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.

The messages shown in the screenshot you shared are deprecation messages. That means currently they do work ok and in the future releases of PHP they might not work.

So that should not be the error message. I suggest that you test by following the steps below:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and Toolset add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Hello and thank you for your reply. Yes did the steps, the issue remains. No help turning to default theme or disabling all the other plugins. Still the page is stuck and I can't even go to revisions and step back.

Can you please share problem URL where I can see the issue and exact steps I will have to follow to see the issue as well as admin access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

This seems to be not simple.

I even tried deleted the page content from database itself (later restored it) and still page is not loading in either backend or frontend.

Can you please send me duplicator copy of your site.

Still - its not working. I could not download the zip archive file and it shows message "file was't available on site.".

Can you please try to create brand new duplicator package and send me link to download or if you agree I will try to create duplicator package from your site and download it.

How you build this view is not recommended at all.

If you want to use blocks with this view you should click on button "Loop Wizard" and build the view loop using blocks. So here are the steps you will have to follow:
- Correct the following view's "Loop Editor", build it from scratch:

- Deactivate the Toolset Blocks plugin
- open the problem page in backend:

- delete the view block you added to 2nd column and save the page
- Activate the Toolset Blocks plugin
- add the view block again to 2nd column and select your desired view and save the page

Ok, thank you. What I needed couldn't be done (IMHO) with only blocks. So I nested inside the view block a legacy view. Can't insert inside a view block a view shortcode - should be all legacy view, right?

Yes - using Block view you should not use nested views.
