1) I am trying to include a view on my static home page that lists post titles of a custom post type.
This is working, however, it's including "private" posts in the listing, even for non-logged in users.
Is there a way to limit a view to only posts of a specific status (e.g. publish)
2) Unless I'm missing something, there's not a spot in the Toolset admin to a list of "Views" and modify them... you need to navigate to a page or Content Template that uses the View.
Would prefer a dedicate spot to see / edit my views.
3) Is there a way to delete a view?
4) Within a given row of a view in the block editor, there's often a superfluous element that can't be deleted / when you select it, it doesn't have the standard blog modification options. This is more prevalent / widespread on Chrome but also on Firefox.
Are these known bugs / issues? Kinda seems a bit half-baked.

To filter your post with only published status you should try to add the post status query filter to your view from the query filter section:
