We use [wpv-view name="name"] to call out different views, but since we updated the Toolset plugins last monday it has not been working. The shortcode doesn't call out anything?

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
(We've made a temporary solution, but if you check the code the shortcode is still there - not showing anything)

When I check the Toolset dashboard, the view section is empty and needs activating of "Toolset views". Is "views" not a part of our package anymore?

Thanks.

Hello, you should have access to the Toolset Views plugin with your current Basic account. It looks like the plugin is deactivated, or not installed. If you go to wp-admin > Plugins, is the Toolset Views plugin listed here? Is it activated or deactivated?

If it is listed and showing as activated, there is a problem and I need to check your wp-admin area.

If the plugin is listed but not activated, try activating it to see if it activates successfully.

If the plugin is not anywhere in the Plugins list, perhaps it was deleted accidentally somehow? If that is the case, you should be able to install it automatically by going to wp-admin > Plugins > Add New, then click the "Commercial" tab. Scroll down to the Toolset section, where you will find the automatic plugin installer. If the automatic installer does not work for some reason, then you can always go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads to find the latest Toolset Views plugin. Download the plugin zip file and install the plugin manually in wp-admin > Plugins > Add New, then click "Upload plugin".

The latest round of updates also included Toolset Blocks, which is a new flavor of Views. Those two plugins should not be active together, so if you activated Blocks at some time the system would have deactivated Views automatically. Is Toolset Blocks installed on your site? Is it currently active?

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
