view of toolset views plugin – form filter wpv-filter – suddenly stopped working

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
this used to work before and not sure what broke it. Click on any country under COUNTRIES MANAGED BY CODA and it takes user to country meetings list.

It's using the International Search view of Toolset Views plugin.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link
click on any country under COUNTRIES MANAGED BY CODA

I expected to see:
a list of meetings similar to hidden link

Instead, I got:
401 page not found

toolset view ID changed in update and broke query
