This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user's divi templates were not displaying correctly.
Solution:
It seems divi is having issues with nesting their templates.
Could you open a ticket with the support forum for divi and have them take a look. Their template gets messed up if its essentially nested from the view loop.
They may have a better understanding of what is going on as their team is better able to check on this for you.
