Hello again
I previously posted about this, but that is closed to new replies.

I'm not sure what the solution to that problem was - either caching or a plugin update.
I now have the same problem (on a different site). A view block is no longer displaying correctly when inserted in a hook via GP Premium Elements. It was working when I set it up in December 2020, but it's not working now.
When editing the element, the blocks display correctly, but when viewing the page where the hook element appears, the blocks inside the element have no style.
The Generatepress GP Premium developers say:
"Toolset probably only checks the_content for its blocks, so you would need to ask Toolset how to get it to check for a hooked in Element."

On this page, the logos displayed under the heading "Organisations that support our objectives" are supposed to be thumbnails in a seven-column grid (see screenshots).
I've tested it in Troubleshooting mode with only necessary plugins enabled, and it's still not working.
PS
Caches have been cleared and there is minimal optimization by UpDraftPlus Premium as follows:
Gzip compression
Browser static file caching headers
Hi there,
To get an idea of your overall setup it will help us to provide the debug information.
Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Toolset > Settings and at the bottom of the page click the "Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting ." link and paste the info to the box below the reply for the debug information.
Also, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Finally, I wonder if you used the classic view for the inner Grid? and if you used a shortcode to add the view inside the page builder then use this format:
Instead of [wpv ....] add {!{wpv ...}!}
Thanks.
Hello again. I sent you a private message at 1:33pm. Please can you give me an idea of when you'll be able to deal with the problem.
Hi there,
The answer time will vary depending on the queue and the supporter shoft. I'd appreciate your patience.
I managed to log in and tested the View in question and it even did not work correctly when I added it to a test page normally with the block editor. It seems that the view was corrupt for some reason.
I added a new View called Supporters logos New and used the Image block and it worked ok on the test page:

Would you please embed that view and see if the issue is fixed?
Thank you.
I use view blocks extensively throughout the site and they all work. The issue I have is when they are inserted in a hook element outside of the main content area. So the developers of the Generatepress Theme and GP Premium plugin appear to be correct: "Toolset probably only checks the_content for its blocks".
Unfortunately I don't have the developer skills to prove this. Please can you confirm and advise if there is anything I can do about it...
I checked another site and I have the same problem. The view loses all style when inserted into a hook after_main_content or before_footer. This site is on a different server, but the same theme and plugins - all recommended by Toolset. The views worked when I created them, but after auto-updates of wp core, plugins and themes, I realise that they are broken.
You can compare the difference on this test page:

The view displays correctly in the content section, but has no style outside the content area. So, as the theme developer said "how to get it to check for a hooked in Element?"

Hi there
Christopher is off sick so I'm checking his queue.
This is a known issue, and I'm afraid we don't have a solution.
https://toolset.com/errata/toolset-block-styles-lost-if-output-via-generatepress-premium-elements/
It has been escalated to the developers, but remains in the development queue, and I can't say when it is likely to receive attention I'm afraid.
There's one thing you may like to try that occurs to me, though I don't know that it will work.
Try creating a View by adding a View block to an unassigned Content Template, styled as you wish, and then insert the Content Template into the editor for the GP Premium Elements hook.
That may help set the required context, but if not we'll need to wait for a solution from the developers.
OK thanks for the workaround. It works... although Jetpack seems to have inserted an extra set of share buttons into the template, and the content template does not display well in the editor, so it far from ideal. Plus, previous experience suggests it could fail again in a future update. I first reported the issue over a year ago, so I hope Toolset can get round to fixing the issue soon!

OK, good to know that works... nearly.
To fix the problem of the share buttons being duplicated, try inserting the content template via a shortcode instead of the Content Template block so that you can add the suppress_filters attribute, e.g.
[wpv-post-body view_template="your-template-slug" suppress_filters="true"]
Does that improve things?
