Toolset Block styles lost if output via GeneratePress Premium Elements

Open

Topic Tags: Toolset Blocks

Symptoms

GP Premium has an “Elements” feature that is a little like assignable re-usable blocks.

If you create an Element that includes some Toolset Blocks (e.g. container and heading) which have styling set, those styles are not applied on the front end.

Workaround

Try adding your content made with Toolset Blocks (including a View block) to an unassigned Content Template.

Then insert that template into the editor for the GeneratePress Element. (You can insert it using the Content Template block, or using the wpv-post-body shortcode, which allows you to include an attribute suppress_filters=”true” that should prevent 3rd-party code injecting additional content. See https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/views/views-shortcodes/#wpv-post-body)
