Support

I did updates to the most recent plugin (did not update to WP 5.0) releases and now I can't get certain Views to display, or their content templates. No sure what's going on. Can you take a look?

Thanks,
Charles

Hi, can you try the following troubleshooting steps first?
- Clear your browser cache, log out, and log back in.
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and Views, activate the default Twenty Seventeen theme, and try again.
- If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one until the problem returns. Let me know if you are able to isolate a single conflicting component.
- If the problem is not resolved, open the browser console and see if any errors are displayed when you try to edit a Content Template.

Let me know what you find out and we can go from there.
