[Resolved] Validation of checkbox not working

I have added an user field checkbox to my user registration form and the checkbox is set to required, but no matter what i do it does not work.
I can register, without checking the box no matter whether i try with php code, from validate in the field or inserting the filed as a shortcode.

That is really strange.

Can you please share problem URL where you added your registration form as well as admin access details and let me review what's going wrong with your setup.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I see you are using Elementor Popup and within that Toolset form JS validation/conditionals will not work.

Please check the following errata page:

You will have to change a way and use the form directly on post/page rather than Elementor popup.

I see, ok I'll redo the whole thing, since it cannot work within the pop-up.
