I created a site key for my new staging site on the Toolset site, but it is not accepted on my staging site.
(Same problem for WPML too by the way.)

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - could you please share access details of your staging site?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

OK - I see you are using outdated Toolset Types plugin version 3.0.1 and there is known issue related to plugin updates and site key registration.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

Could you please follow the following steps:
- Deactivate and Delete all Toolset plugins using plugins page
- Download latest Types plugin from your account's download page: https://toolset.com/download/toolset-types/#changelog
- Upload and activate the Types plugin as well as Register the site key
- Upload/update/install other Toolset plugins using commercial Tab : hidden link

You should try to follow the same steps for WPML as well.

I deleted Toolset and re-uploaded Types.
Unfortunately the key is still not accepted…

Could you please try to remove the existing site key and register the new site key by clicking on the "your account" link as shown in the following screenshot from "commercial" tab:
=> hidden link

If newly generated site key does not work, please let me know.

This works now.
I was a bit confused: I creared a key for staging while it turns out I need the key of the live site.
Thank you!
