I am trying to customize users view based on user custom field input.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see only one view based on user custom field value.

Instead, I got the full list of view in the page.

Hi Mohammed,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

In order to filter a view by a custom field I would recommend taking a look at the link below.
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/filtering-views-by-custom-fields/

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

The problem is that I can't select the user custom field (not post custom field) in the view filter.

Any idea to overcome that.

Hi Mohammed,

I'm a bit confused here. This is a Post view that you want to filter by a user custom field ? Normally you wouldnt be able to filter a post view by a user field

Does the post have a similar custom field or a field that both users and post have in common ?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

I'm using a shortcode to enquire for a specific user custom field.

[types usermeta='qurane6' user_id='[wpv-user field="ID"]'][wpv-view name="teacher-editing-view"][/types]

In parallel with this shortcode, I want to use (conditional view) or (if view) to limit the view to certain users depends on their user custom field value.

I hope that the general idea is clear.

If you have a suggestion to get the same result, it is appreciated to share it with me.

Hi Mohammed,

Would you mind providing me with admin access to the website so that I can have a further look at this for you ?

The private fields will be enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Mohammed,

Thank you for the credentials.

I'm a little confused with your setup, could you let me know which view do you want to filter by the user field ?

Thanks,
Shane
