Tell us what you are trying to do?
I've created a CPT fine and can display it no problem.
I had a test site setup and created a view using the Toolset> WordPress Archives section that looked fine in the builder, but on the front end it always just showed the standard blog posts instead of my CPT.
I thought I would test on a new site and just used the 2024 theme instead of Oxygen by creating a view on a page in the Gutenberg editor and had it working ok, so then I activated Oxygen and loaded the View onto an Oxygen page as per the instructions here. hidden link
This version does display the correct posts now but ignores the columns that are setup in the View.
This is that page, created in Oxygen displaying the view inserted on the page. hidden link
However, if you view the original page on which I created the View (so the exact same view) it does show it with columns.
This is the page created originally in the Gutenberg editor where I made the View. It now automatically shows with the Oxygen header and footer template. hidden link
I'm a bit lost as to whether I am doing things right or not here. It seems weird I don't create a view anywhere in the Toolset menu, but have to create a random page, make it there (using the block editor) then load it onto the final page using the Oxygen Builder.
Is this correct?
How can I get the view to work with the columns etc?
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Can you please share problem URL where I can see the archive and admin access details.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
