Tell us what you are trying to do?
I would like to use elementor templates to create template views. I was able to use elementor to create the firsts view but when I try to create another it gives me an error saying on is already available.
I need a view for single and I need another view for the search page
What is the link to your site?

You cannot create Views with Elementor.
What you can do is create templates with Elementor and insert Toolset elements
This is described here
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-toolset-with-elementor-page-builder/ (and sidebar)
You can create as many Views you need, under Toolset > Views > New, and then insert those Views where you need them in Elementor Templates using the Elementor View widgets.
Please let me know if you need further information.
I have been able to create ONE template for the post type with elementor.
Below is the main page for the post type Member. I want to be able to create the box showing the members to the left - with elementor. Right now elementor will not even let me select the "member" post type. It automatically selects the testimonial post type.

This is the single view of the members. I used elementor to create this template - love it.

This is a video of the process I used to try and create a single loop view.

I have tried over and over to create a view using the bootstrap grid - hate it, have tried using the block editor - not user-friendly at all.
How can I use elementor to create the content template for the different views when they are all using the same post type?
That is not possible.
As mentioned, you can use Elementor to create Templates for your post types - which you mention to have had success with.
Then, you can add Toolset items in those templates (just as you did in the video)
But you cannot create a Content Template with Elementor, or style it with it.
This includes the Loop item in a View.
A workaround but not the suggested or supported approach (This means you can't ask Toolset or Elementor to fix things in case they break) is to create an Elementor Template, and then insert that Template into the View Loop as shortcode.
That allows you to design what the View output in the loop with Elementor, but as said, this is a workaround, not what was integrated on purpose, it just works accidentally.
Note, you will have to insert the Elementor Template as ShortCode directly into the View Loop editor, you cannot use the "View loop item template", because then it will break.
Please let me know if that helps achieve the goal.
For further integration of this kind or support of editing Templates with Elementor you'd have to submit a feature request to both software developers (Elementor and Views).
For Views you can do that here https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/suggest-a-new-feature-for-toolset/, for Elementor you would have to contact their support.
Thank you
