Using GravityView to edit a gravity form entry from a Toolset View

Solution:
There was an issue on the user's site once everything is updated all works fine. Please make sure you always run with latest updated plugins and themes.

Finally - somehow I'm able to install your site on my local test install. I see when I add the shortcode directly to the post/page body [gravityview id='637'] and click on the Edit link - it works. But when you add the same shortcode to content template its not working.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure and locate the issue:
I see you are using almost a 70-75 plugins. Most of the plugins needs update. Can you please update:
- ALL Plugins including Toolset
- Theme
- WordPress

Do you see any change? If no, I need that latest duplicator package copy with where all plugins, thems, wordress is updated to latest version.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh,

Thank you for all the time you have put into this - I updated everything on a different site and it now works as expected! Sorry for wasting your time in this instance. I now have a few further questions, but will start a new topic for them. I was amazed that i had so many plugins, going to have a good look at what i can get rid of.
