Using Divi theme and I'm unable to access featured image on my Custom Post Type

This support ticket is created 6 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to add a featured image to one of my post, however it appears i'm unable to set a featured image when I set up a custom post type. I'm using the Divi theme as well.

To allow featured images to Custom Posts you need to activate this in Toolset > Post Types > your_post_type > Edit > Sections to display when editing your_post_type > Featured Image.

When that checkbox is checked, you can add featured images to Toolset Post Types.

This should not depend on the theme.
If you instead experience issues while uploading an image and this issue happens only if the Theme you mention is active, please let us know.
