This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there, this is Nigel, Toolset support team leader.

I'm sorry for the delays you've experienced, it just so happened the ticket was transferred to Christian at a time when we had an unexpected spike in the forum and Christian has many tickets in his queue he is working through.

However, taking a quick look over this thread it seems the subject has changed and it is not clear to me what the current issue is.

I think it would help if you did close this ticket and created a new one. Shane is in your timezone and is working later today, and his current queue is not too busy, so he will be able to help you today.

Be sure to explain the issue clearly in your first post, where you can also include site credentials so that he doesn't need to ask for them if he needs them, which will speed up the process.

I'm sorry the support here in this thread didn't resolve your problem, but I suggest you close it and create a new thread for Shane to handle.
