Tell us what you are trying to do?

I would like to be able to use a single instance of a custom content as the home page (similar to using a static post but with a custom content type). Is there any way to do this?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Searching the internet as not provided any examples of this.

What is the link to your site?

hidden link

Note it currently uses a page with a toolset view but the client has decided they do not want this. So I want to use hidden link as the homepage, but it is a custom content type.

Thanks

Hi, there's nothing built-in to WordPress or Toolset that will help you display a custom post as the homepage. It would require custom code that falls outside the scope of support we offer here in the forums. The most straightforward way to accomplish something similar is as you already described - create a View and place that View in some custom page.
