I just tried submitting a ticket and got the error "title is too long" despite not being able to type more characters than allowed due to the character count and have lost all the ticket I've just typed in. :-(( Please check the character count is working correctly!
Also - is it possible to make the box where we enter the Toolset debug information not expand out when we paste?!! It works fine when opening a ticket with WPML, but in Toolset Tickets you have to paste and then scroll for ages to get to the Submit button...
Here goes again with our actual issue:
I am trying to:
Change a profile photo using Toolset Post Form - Edit Native Nanny User (ID: 16684)
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
I expected to see:
A little "X" icon to "delete" the profile picture (although in the past I seem to remember the attachment didn't actually get deleted, it remained in the Media Library unfortunately).
Instead, I got:
No X, so user cannot replace their profile photo from the front end.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I do not see any other reported such issue, maybe this is exception. I've passed your suggestion to check the character count issue. However - Can you please share details what title you used that you lost?

Ok - I've passed your suggestion.
I checked and I found that the delete image button is available if you check the HTML source - Please check the following screenshot:
- hidden link
As you can see with the above "Capture111" screenshot the image uploader is available and its hidden.
And with "Capture1112" there is delete button there but no icon displayed with it.
In order to minimize the cause of the issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
- Is Toolset access is involved as I see you are using custom role and how exactly you created the custom role?
I recently disabled the dashicons for the front end, because I read everywhere on the internet that these are only needed in the back end of WordPress and cause unnecessary long page loading times.
It looks like Toolset could be using them for the delete button, based on what I'm seeing in the Page Source .. (see screenshot) which would be unfortunate. Does that mean we are forced to load dashicons.css again?
Shame, it's the only place on the website we need it. Is the CSS file only loaded on pages where it is required, or does Toolset load it on all pages by default?
