Hi Minesh,
How you are trying to get user url?
- with shortcode in Fields and Views shortcodes

which shortcode you are using and where you are using this shortcode?
- on regular page - I am trying to figure out how to obtain link of user profile and what is in there by default after user is regitered - I am a bit confused about whole process because wordpress create new page (authors page - //mydomain.com/author/authorname - and I want to use this one for user profile (or account...)
- and the last thing is - how to show it to the others (members and guests ...)

Author profiles will always have the same Link:
example:
hidden link

Or similar

There is a static part and a dynamic part in that URL:
Static:
hidden link
Dynamic:
/user_name

So, you can disaply as:

<a href="<em><u>hidden link</u></em> field='user_login']> [wpv-user field='user_login'] </a>
