Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

During troubleshooting, I was able to reproduce this issue on my test website too.

If a form contains an “HTML content” field, that includes more than one HTML tag, its fields are not copied/carry over to the new form, when cloned.

This happens in both post and user forms.

We appreciate that you've brought this forward and I've shared these findings with the concerned team for further review.

For now, workarounds can be to either temporarily remove the content from the “HTML Content” fields in the form before cloning it, or include only a single HTML tag/line in one “HTML Content” field.
(i.e. for each line of HTML tag, include its own “HTML Content” field)

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar
