Hello. I have added a couple of user fields, but they are not appearing on my Edit User page. I noticed that the User Fields admin was recently moved to a tab inside Custom Fields. I'm wondering if something else has changed that requires an additional step.

Thanks

Hi David,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Regarding this could you check that the user field is correctly attached to the role that you want it to show up for ?

Thanks,
Shane

The group is set to "Displayed for all users roles." But the fields do not appear on the user profile page.

Hi David,

Would you mind providing me with a duplicator package for the site so that I can test this locally ?

To provide the duplicator please take a look at the link below.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi David,

The fields actually show up for me. See Screenshot.

It could be cache as I see you are using a caching plugin.

Could you clear the cache and let me know if the issue still remains?

Also could you disable all of the non-toolset plugins as well as it could be a conflict.

Thanks,
Shane
