Tell us what you are trying to do?
User fields are displayed empty while they are filled in.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi Anton,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you send me a screenshot of them template that you are using to display the fields on the frontend?

Please ensure that the screenshot highlights where the fields were added.

Secondly after submitting the form and checking on the backend does the field value get saved on the backend ? Are you able to see the values correctly selected?

Thanks,
Shane

yes, there is information on backend which is not displayed on front-end.

I don't use template. Forms are put on pages directly.

Sincerely
Anton

Hi Anton,

Thank you for the screenshot that illustrate the issue. However i'm not seeing one for the template that would display the stored backend information on the frontend.

Given that the information can be confirmed being saved on the backend, this leaves checking the template that is used to display the information.

Please provide a screenshot of this template so that I can have a look to see if I can identify any issues.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Anton,

I'm not referring to the form. What i'm looking for is the template that displays the entered data on the frontend. See your screenshot here.

The page in the screenshot is displaying the backend data on the frontend. I would like a screenshot of this template.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Anton,

From here it seems that the information for the field to display wasn't added.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site as well as link to the page in your screenshot so that I can have a look ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane
