Hello,

I had created a user field that works.
But when editing a CRED form this field no longer works.
Why and how to fix?

Hello,

The screenshot you provided is not in English, so I am not sure what it mean, can you copy/paste it here?

And I suggest you check these:
1) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Custom fields-> User Fields
Find and edit the problem custom user field group, in section "Appears on", you have enabled those user role options as your user form setting

2) You can find your user form settings here:
Edit the user form you mentioned above, in section "Settings", option "Role of the user to create/edit"

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and form URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
