Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking to debug the information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Can you please first update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official released version and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

I checked the dashboard page where you claim it shows the fatal error but when I try to access the dashboard page it redirects me to the following page profile page: hidden link

I just deleted the existing Toolset access plugin and reinstall it - Do you still see the issue, if yes, can you please share details on what page/post I can see the issue?

can you please share access details for the user for which you want me to check against and share problem URL what link I should check after loggin?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Ok thanks and yes, I can see the error when I login with the use: testingforms467@gmail.com

No other user reported such issue and to ensure there is no plugin or theme conflict:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as with the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?.
-- Do you see any difference when you disable all the third-party plugins?

Ok I just able to find that you are also using the plugin "Enable Media Replace" which is having conflict.

You can find more details about this issue with the following errata page. This is known to us.
