Tell us what you are trying to do?
The main goal is to restrict add/edit content for users from different categories (companies)
And I want to user the same taxonomy (company) for content type and for users.

Hi, there is not an easy way to apply taxonomies to Users in WordPress. It may be possible with a 3rd-party plugin or custom code, but that's not something we offer here in the forums. I can help you apply a taxonomy to any standard or custom post type, but Users are not supported. If you'd like professional assistance, we do have a contractor portal where you can connect with skilled developers who may be able to do something like this for you: https://toolset.com/contractors
