Hey guys,

I'm trying to get the following URL structure. I have three custom post types. Apps, Platforms and an intermediary post type called Integrations. When someone is viewing an integration I'd like the URL structure to follow this logic hidden link slug)/integrations(intermediary slug)/docusign-infusionsoft(intermediary single)/. I've setup a custom URL format to try to achieve this but it is throwing a 404 error when I visit the integration.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

Hi, unfortunately non-standard custom post type URL structures are something Toolset is not designed to accomplish well. Our custom post type URL structures are based on the WordPress standard, which is post-type-slug/post-slug. You have the option to modify the post type slug base, but adding extra directories isn't part of the current software. The structure you described will require custom code and/or a 3rd-party custom permalink structure plugin. If you'd like to work with an independent professional, we have a contractors portal available here: https://toolset.com/contractors
Or for smaller projects you might find more options here: https://codeable.io/developers/toolset/

Do you have any plugins you would suggest?

I'm not aware of any close integration between Toolset's post relationship features and another custom permalink plugin, so unfortunately I don't have any useful information to offer about any of the plugins available for this purpose. It would have to be quite flexible to support this type of dynamic URL structure.
