URL output not as raw value

I have several url fields. I want them to be dynamic buttons rather than the raw value of the url showing. What is the best way to do this? Or to create a link that says the name of the site rather than the raw value like
Site Name Website as the text and link it to the value in the url custom field?

I see how to do a button with the dynamic url, that works fine. But in the styling I don't see any option to give it a hover style or color? Am I just missing it?
