I'm not sure what happened but when I visit our site. It was already in critical error. I have to ask our hosting to check it for us and deactivate the plugin that caused it. And they send us this error log.

[14-Oct-2021 05:07:57 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'OTGS\Toolset\Access\Controllers\UploadPermissions' not found in /home/nginx/domains/aopi.com.au/public/wp-content/plugins/types-access/application/models/capabilities.php:613

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

Our developers are aware of this issue that has appeared with the 3.6.0 version of the Enable Media Replace plugin. And we have published about it here https://toolset.com/errata/fatal-access-error-when-non-admins-log-in/

We'll address this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, can you check if the suggested workarounds(Disabling the plugin or reverting to version 3.5.0) are a viable solution for you?
