[Resolved] Uploading of Images takes longer than before latest Update

This support ticket is created 5 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme and plugins are all updated to their latest versions.

2. You can turn on WordPress debugging and see if any errors/warnings are shown on screen, in the browser's console or in the server's error logs, when an image is uploaded.

3. It would be a good idea to also test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and with a default theme like Twenty Twenty.

If the issue is fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one-by-one, to narrow this down to a possible conflict.

4. In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, along with the link to a form page, where this issue can be seen.
