[Resolved] Uploaded Image is Lost When Editing a Post

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi Shane.

I am surprised it works on your end. In my case, I changed the settings to enable use of wordpress library and still the image was lost when I edited the page.

Seems like the form does not keep the image when we edit the page. I have to reupload the image to make it work.

I've requested some assistance from our 2nd tier supporters to have a look at your issue.

The credentials for your site was also provided to them as well as the Duplicator package from Waqar was sent.

I must apologize for the delay. There was an update on the escalated ticket.

It turns out the issue was being caused by Jetpack Site Acceleration. This is a known issue, however disabling it will resolve the issue.

No worries.

I thought Jetpack site acceleration makes the image load fast so I would be good to have it. Is there a timeline to resolve this issue without making a site slower?
