[Resolved] Updates NOT Going as Advertised

This support ticket is created 5 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
To update my Types, Views & Module Manager plugins on the 7 sites I manage - all are Registered with EARLY adopter who purchased a Lifetime License, and, well....
Types updates to...3.0 - doesn't 'activate' - so believe the maybe my Lifetime License is no longer good, as said so in blog -
Unable to update Views or Module Manager, because:

none - cuz I have 'restored' BEFORE updates copies of websites
I expected to see:
The ability to update other Toolset items installed......
Instead, I got:
Never ending 'spinning disc' informing me Types is Activating - but it never does - and if I try updating to Types 2.2.23, cannot find place to register, update further - Types or other Toolset tools - -

So, not updating until I hear further -

Well - we have had some issues with updates recently after we publish the major release last week for almost all Toolset plugins.

You said - you get:

Never ending 'spinning disc' informing me Types is Activating - but it never does - and if I try updating to Types 2.2.23, cannot find place to register, update further - Types or other Toolset tools -

Is it possible for you to send me access details so that I can investigate further whats going wrong with your setup or the issue is at our end.
