[Resolved] Update to Toolset Views 2.8.0.1 and Toolset WooCommerce Views 2.7.9 failed

This support ticket is created 5 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Thank you for waiting.

I performed some tests on my websites and couldn't reproduce this issue.

In case the issue still persists on your website, you can turn on the debugging mode ( ref: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress ) and see if any errors or warnings are shown on the screen or in the server's error logs.

Please also make sure that the server is not behind any security firewall which can block connections to external servers, which would affect the automatic updates.

I hope these points will help and please let me know how it goes.

It was a temporary problem, after a few days, I was able to update the plugins.
