[Resolved] Update plugin fails

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user was trying to update from Types version 3.3.7 to 3.3.8 but the update was failing.

Solution:

In this case the user had to re-register their plugin. To do this go to Add New Plugin and click Commercial.

Then follow the instructions in the link below.

I am trying to: update Blocks

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: In admin

I expected to see: successful update

Instead, I got: update failed. I also tried to delete the plugin and then reinstall from scratch but that failed, and I had to restore from a backup.
