Where sites are registered with Toolset then the plugins can be updated via WordPress's automatic updates, which normally runs twice a day, if you have it enabled.
If you go to the list of plugins you'll see alongside all plugins (including Toolset plugins when the site is registered) the option to enable (or disable) automatic updates.
(You can also use the WP CLI to update plugins, again, when Toolset is registered on the site.)

To update the Billing details for future payments. Please follow these steps:
1- Go to your Personal details page
2- Update the Billing details
3- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a checkmark that says "I want to update the billing details in all active subscriptions". Make sure to select this box and then save the changes.
