Had to rollback my Siteground site applying a backup-file from 30/11-20. On restart I applied all waiting updates to WP-plugins, but Toolset modules failed update. Should mention that I had updated these modules prior to the rollback.

Please resolve. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you try going to Dashboard -> Updates and clicking Check again.

Once you've done this please try updating the Toolset plugins again and let me know if the issue still remains.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

I did as instructed. All modules still fail with the 'Forbidden' error message.

Hello,

Not sure why this is the case for you.

However you can still perform a manual update of the plugins by following the instructions in the link below.

Hi Shane,

Well, I can do the manual thing one round. But if this is a permanent state it is not acceptable.

What in you license system is preventing this update and creating the 'Forbidden' massage ???

I take note of the fact that I am not the first client to experience the issue.

Hello,

" But if this is a permanent state it is not acceptable."

I believe it to be a temporary issue. If you have a reference ticket where another customer is mentioning the issue you can send me a link to it but for right now im not seeing anything.

Secondly I can check on this further for you to see what is happening. I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane
