I have the same problem than :
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/toolset-content-template-update-button-is-not-working/

Looks a recent problem (last week). Please what is the solution (by the way I'm not a programmer... cannot change code in PHP or CSS...).

Thank you for your help

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Let's verify if it is not caused by a 3rd party component. Please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Fourteen. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If this does not help find the cause of the issue, would you allow us temporary access to check this issue? Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Please let me know on what content template you see this issue?

We may need to take a copy of your website for further analysis. Let us know if that's fine with you

Hello Dan,

The user of that ticket has opened a chat earlier, I worked with him on that chat. The issue disappeared after deactivating a caching plugin. Even after reactivating the plugin, the issue did not appear anymore. So, I suspected a temporary glitch on his server.

He encountered the issue again and opened a new ticket. I asked him to try the above, but he closed the ticket without replying. So, I assume that was only a temporary glitch on his server.

It would also be helpful if you activate PHP debugging and check any errors on the logs file.

Hi Jamal,

My problem is worst this morning, I cannot Publish my Custom Post Type, it looks the same problem... I press 'Publish' and nothing happens.... and when I exit my creation, I receive message askin me to publish if I don't want to loose all my entry 🙁

OK, I followed your request and I deactiviate all my plugins (except Elementor et Ocean WP which are my base... must I deactivate those one too??) . I still have the same problem.

Note: "The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Fourteen. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme."
How can I know of my theme is set to a WordPress default? (I use Ocean WP with Elementor)

Thank you

Have you had the chance to activate PHP debugging and check if any errors are logged in.
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

Yes, please test again without OceanWP and Elementor. Just deactivate Elementor, and install a default theme such as "Twenty Fourteen" or "Twenty Twenty" this may reveal if any issues come from Elementor or OceanWP.
Check this video on how to install a theme. hidden link

If this does not help reveal the cause of the issue, I'll need a copy of your website to investigate it locally. Would you allow me temporary access to your website to take the copy?
