Tell us what you are trying to do? I would like to store the contact details of users who want to unlock properties:
hidden link.

Meaning users that want to see more information, the address and/or contact information of the seller on the behind page of properties:
hidden link.

I installed 'subscribe to unlock' but that plugin just stores subscriptions from all properties all together as 1 list and I would like to store each unlock for each property to a seperate list. I could then create a zap to send out an email notification each time a user unlocked a property.

How can I do this?

The thing is that, that is the feature belongs to 'subscribe to unlock'. Toolset do not have such native feature to lock the content.

As per their Doc there are few hooks available on their Help page, I checked but there in no information about how to use their hook even Toolset do not have any official integration with this plugin so I'm not sure how you want to store the subscription per property.
