Hi Brett

That's unexpected and we don't have any similar reports.

Could I ask you to check several things.

First, could you delete the current Types plugin (you won't lose any data), download the zip file of Types from https://toolset.com/account/downloads (under manual downloads) and re-install Types.

Does the problem still occur?

Do you know what actions you are taking that trigger the error?

Assuming it is still occurring, could you please try deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default theme like twentytwentyone. Does the problem still occur? If not, it sure be able to determine the source of any conflict with another plugin by a process of trial and error, re-activating plugins until it re-appears.

Let us know how you get on.

Hi Nigel

I already downloaded the plugin from the mentioned path and installed it yesterday. I will re-install it.

Actions: Whenever I hit the post edit page in the backend. Then I faced this error.

Thanks

Hi,

In case the issue persists, even after re-installing the Toolset Types plugin, it will need to be investigated further.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?

I'll also need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, as it will most likely need to be tested on a different server too.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar
