Unable to upload file

Hi,
I've created a CRED form and there is a custom field FILE. I've just updated toolset plugin. Before the update, when I tried to choose my file, there was an alert appearing in a popup window saying "Upload Failed!".

Now, after the plugin update, the alert disappeared, but the file upload is still not working.

How can I solve this issue?

I resolve, there was a permission issue
