Unable to update the plugin to latest version

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Is there any documentation that you are following? - I'm following normal wordpress flow to update plugin

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

From the screenshot, I noticed that the website has a very old version of the Toolset Types plugin installed ( ver 2.2.22 ).

In this case, you can download the latest Types plugin from the Toolset downloads page ( https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ ) and install it manually from WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New.

After this, you'll be able to update the future versions of the Toolset plugging automatically.
