Tell us what you are trying to do? I have created a custom taxonomy called "Product Taxonomy" and were trying to create a single page for the same but it is still showing default taxonomy page.

Is there any documentation that you are following? no

Is there a similar example that we can see? no

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hello,

It might be a compatibility issue, please try these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) Dashboard-> Toolset-> WordPress Archives, setup a WordPress Archive for taxonomy "Product Taxonomy"

3) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, and test again
