[Resolved] Unable to load Module Library

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I'm Unable to load the toolset Module Library.
Backend error message : Unable to retrieve contents from the server. Please report this.

Solution:
Its because of the reason "allow_url_fopen" is disabled on your server. So you need to enable it either through cPanel OR php.ini file OR by just contacting hosting support to Enable it.

I checked this by installing phpinfo plugin in your site to see if "allow_url_fopen" is Enable or Disable, and I found it's disabled at moment.

I found various tickets for same case with the above solution:

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Where are you getting this error, do you have any screenshot for the backend? I have enabled private reply so you can share it.

Have you download Module from this page and then imported it into your site, where you get this error now? https://toolset.com/home/module-manager/

May be this is related solution in this case:

Thanks for the link. Ok I have checked, its because of the same reason "allow_url_fopen" is disabled on your server. So you need to enable it either through cPanel OR php.ini file OR by just contacting hosting support to Enable it -- please see attached screenshot for more details.

I checked this by installing phpinfo plugin in your site to see if "allow_url_fopen" is Enable or Disable, and I found its disabled at moment.

Once its enabled the problem will be solved for sure. Thank you

On some servers php.ini settings are not effective since server settings are having higher priority. In this case you need to check in cpanel or just contact hosting support so they can enable it from the right side.

Thank you

Thank you Noman , ill check again with the hosting support.

I have some issue with designing responsive slider as well. i'll create a new ticket for that .

Thank You.

Yes you are right on this. The cpanle overwrite the php.ini due to many subdomains.

Btw what is the difference between this and the module manager download link that you gave me ?
I have not use any module yet but going to use now. Thank You.

Modules are same on both places. So you can download zip files from the link I provided.

The plugin Module library page just provides an easy way to install the modules directly (instead of downloading and uploading .zip files manually from our site page).

Thanks
